[ UNIFI PIALA MALAYSIA 2018 ] I AM WILLING TO TRADE MY GOALS FOR THE PIALA MALAYSIA TROPHY – LEE TUCK

October 1, 2018

Terengganu FC midfielder Lee Tuck believes the upcoming unifi Piala Malaysia 2018 semi-final match against Johor Darul Ta’zim will be massive, and it will be played for the state of Terengganu.

The Englishman joined Terengganu FC this season and he has already established himself as a fan-favourite earlier this year by producing commanding performances throughout the season.

Lee Tuck is adamant that the team is progressing more as time passes, and he will do everything in his power to ensure that they reach the final of unifi Piala Malaysia 2018, which will be held on October 27.

“It is a massive match for the entire state of Terengganu,” as quoted by him.

“We are being talked about all over social media, and this will be our chance to showcase our abilities to the entire country (against Johor Darul Ta’zim).

“It will be a tough match (against the reigning champions) because not many teams have gotten positive results against them this season, but our aim is not to concede at home.

The ex-Negeri Sembilan man is currently the second top goalscorer in the competition this season with seven goals to his name, just one goal behind Kuala Lumpur forward Guilherme de Paula (8 goals).

“I will be honest and say that it is a nice feeling to be scoring goals for a midfielder.

“However, I will trade all of my goals to win the trophy because no one is going to remember who scored, but who lifted the trophy at the end of the season,” Lee Tuck concluded.

Terengganu FC will face Johor Darul Ta’zim in the first leg of the semi-final in Kuala Terengganu.
