Perak head coach Mehmet Durakovic is extremely delighted with how his team have fared in unifi Liga Super Malaysia 2018 and looks to continue their fine form with a positive result against Melaka on Saturday.
The Bos Gaurus is currently on a five-match winning run in the league after confidently defeating Terengganu 3-2 at home on Sunday night, courtesy of a brace from Gilmar and a goal from Wander Luiz..
However, the ex-Selangor player and head coach does not want his side to get carried away with their good run of games because there is still a long way to go before the season comes to an end.
"The confidence of the team is very high right now and the morale of the players is very good," he said..
"It is nice to win so many games, but we should not get carried away because it is still a long way to go.
Mehmet Durakovic has also praised his foreign players (Gilmar, Wander Luiz, Misagh Bahadoran, Leandro dos Santos and Robert Cornthwaite) for getting comfortable with the team so quickly.
